At 11:10 AM on 24 May 2021, I made an online appointment for "Next Available Barber" at this Hunt Highway facility. I arrived at 11:31 AM and checked in. No one greeted me upon my entry. At 11:55 AM, another gentleman walks in, IS greeted and gets the next available barber. He literally walked right into My Chair!! Yet, I am still waiting. When I ask the barber, she said you just have to check-in and await your turn. See, they did not realize that I had done so and was already waiting over 25 minutes!! Meanwhile, another customer that just finished his haircut, was visiting and chatting away with two other barber employees for a good ten minutes or so. I could've been halfway through my haircut then. This is totally unacceptable! I wont be coming back to this shoddily run and over-priced facility anymore!!
